The house is newly refurbished and is situated a stones throw from Winns common in Plumstead; so there is lots of green space. The garden is a real feature and can be used for BBQ's and socialising and looks great in the sunshine. There is very little traffic on Riverdale Road and this contributes to a quiet, peaceful environment.

Plumstead overground station is walking distance and this serves London Bridge and Waterloo. The 442 bus can transport you easily to North Greenwich for the jubilee line. It is also easy to commute to Woolwich for the DLR. Blackheath and Greenwich are easily accessible via bus.

I am a Londoner and a teacher and consider myself easy going and considerate. I live with Beth who is a very easy going housemate.
