Double bedroom available (bills inc)

Hi! We have a double bedroom available in our lovely house share in SE18. The house is located on a quiet and safe residential area available for single occupancy. We are looking for someone professional like ourselves who would ideally like to stay for a longer period of time.

We all do work most of the week however we like to sit down and relax in the living room in the evenings and on weekends. Our interests include series, anime, football and playing games.

The room is fully furnished and comes with a bed, mattress and a wardrobe. Viewing is recommended.

The kitchen is equipped with a brand new microwave, fridge/freezer and other kitchen appliances such as toaster etc. There is a shared Lounge/Dining area with a TV, including Sky and wifi.

There is free parking available outside on the road.

Transport:
20 minute walk (or 10 min bus ride) to Woolwich Arsenal/DLR stations.
From Woolwich Arsenal/ Woolwich DLR station train journey towards central London:
12mins - Stratford
13mins - Greenwich
26mins - London Canning Street
27mins - Bank

The nearest bus stop is located 3 minutes away and includes routes 51 and 53 ( both serving woolwich and with 53 providing 24 hour connections to central London). Good links to Queens Elizabeth Hospital and Shooters Hill with bus routes 244 and 386 just 5 minutes away.

Groceries:
All amenities located nearby. Post office, newsagents and Co-op all within a short stroll of the house.

Rent includes all the bills in. gas, electricity, water, TV licence, council tax, sky and broadband.

Deposit will be protected in government scheme.

No DSS please.
