We have two rooms available up to the 1st and the 2nd of May one which is a Spacious Double Room in Secure Complex. Your house mates are David and Jonathan, here is a message from them:
Hay, we would love you to join our home, we both have full time work, David is a shift supervisor at Five Guys and is 31, and I (Jonathan) am a teacher, 49, and we both enjoy relaxing at home when we are not out.

Jonathan and I (Joanna ) have two lovely rooms, one is huge, and both are clean, warm double rooms in a secure complex. The larger room features a walk-in cupboard and double doors opening into the garden. It’s the only bedroom on its floor, giving you exclusive access to an extra toilet and basin nearby for added convenience.

The large room comes with a walk-in cupboard with shelves and hanging space, digital thermostat-controlled heating, an ethernet port for uninterrupted 4K internet video, two bedside tables, a bedside lamp, a lockable door, a chest of drawers, a large mirror, and blackout blinds.

The house offers an electronic security gate for added safety, off-street parking for two cars, business-grade Wi-Fi with excellent internet, two toilets (one separate with a basin, one with an in-bath shower and basin), a kitchen with dining area, a private garden, easy vehicle access to and from London (north and south), and a cleaning roster to keep the home tidy, plus a cleaner who visits twice a month.

Bedroom One's Rent is £845 per month with a deposit of £975. I have someone interested in renting from the 2nd of May for £980 a month so if you are able to short let that would be great.

Bedroom Three's Rent is £745 per month with a deposit of £850. If short on deposit funds, we can reduce it to £400 by increasing rent £10 per month for every £100 decrease in deposit.

Council Tax (Band D) is included in the rent. Utilities (gas and electricity) are not included and cost on averaging £40 per month. The cleaner’s fee is not included and is currently £25 per month. General home cleaning materials and consumables are also not included and currently cost £15 per month.

The location is a 5-minute walk to All Saints DLR Station and a 9-minute walk to East India DLR Station, with connections to North/South and East/West lines. Local amenities within a 2-minute walk include a newsagent, ATM, GP doctor, pharmacy, Idea Store Chrisp Street (library), and post office. An 8-minute walk takes you to Co-op Food, Iceland, a new swimming pool, ATM, Barclays Bank, and Boots Pharmacy. A 4-minute walk gets you to Papa John’s and Pizza Hut.
