References required and your deposit will be entered into a landlord deposit scheme for security - this is all through ourselves privately.

4 minutes walk to Langdon Park DLR - Decked Private Roof Terrace, conveniently close to the canal Limehouse Cut and 10 minutes walk to Bromley-by-Bow tube.

We are looking for someone for 2 months from 12th May 2021 (possibly longer).

Rent: £900 inclusive of all bills and includes a monthly cleaner

Details: Double room with built in wardrobes and double bed (there is a “window” without glass which looks downstairs). There is the option of buying the desk and chair currently in the room otherwise the room comes with a bed and mattress.

The flat has lots of hidden storage.

Downstairs: Open plan living room which large TV, kitchen (with breakfast bar) and dining area. Desk set up separate from the dining area. Utility and toilet.

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite and another with a separate bathroom (your room). Door leading out to the private terrace and further communal roof terrace.

Existing tenants: a couple who work in Finance (Software Development and Risk Management).
