Tenant Requirements:
I am looking for a professional tenant but will also consider a mature, responsible student or any reliable individual with the financial means to pay rent on time.

You should:
✔️ Have experience with house sharing
✔️ Be clean, respectful, and considerate of others
✔️ Treat the house as your own and maintain cleanliness
✔️ Have no criminal record and be legally allowed to live in the UK
✔️ Be able to provide work and previous landlord references

⚠️ Important:

This is a shared house, so tenants come and go, and everyone's rights should be respected.

Not suitable for party-goers, loud music lovers, or those who don’t clean up after themselves.
