Double bedroom in Langdon Park (DLR)

I have a double room to rent out in the near future, ideally to a young-ish professional, male or female. The room is a decent size double and easily fits a desk, if required. The flat is 6 years old and the development has a gym, bike store, concierge (no missed parcels!!) and rooftop terrace. There are two bathrooms - I have the en-suite - so no sharing required. I also have a cleaner who comes one per week. The Flat is located 2 mins walk from Langdon Park DLR, from there it's 5 mins to Bow, 10 mins to Stratford, or 7 mins Canary Wharf in the other direction. It's about 20 mins to Bank using the DLR.

I currently live alone with a small dog. The flat is therefore pretty quiet apart from music; I’m not passed a good party but prefer it not at my flat haha. I work for a tech company so I am often busy with work, travelling sometimes (pre CV19). Ideally looking for someone that is friendly, easy to live with, open to occasionally doing something together (a pint, watching a film, etc.) and likes dogs.

Im not in any rush to let it out, so finding the right person is important.
