Our housemate is sadly moving out, so we have a double room available for a new Gay boy to join us in our warm, welcoming home. The two neighbouring flats are also LGBT flatshares (all aged 25 to 40). We get on as a group of friends, although we all have our own lives and social circles independently. (Between the three flats, we have 9 nationalities).

Room comes fully furnished with double bed, night stand and a desk, it also includes a large built-in storage,

The building is a low scale 1962 modernist block, about 4 minutes walk from Poplar and All Saints stations, 7 minutes from the New Elizabeth line station or about 12 minutes to Jubilee line in Canary Wharf. There’s a Tesco, Waitrose, Iceland and Lidl close by and various other shops.

Rent includes fast internet and all other bills,
There is washing machine, 2 fridges (no separate living room) sitting area instead overlooking a peaceful south facing garden with views towards Canary Wharf. When the weather is nice, it’s perfect for a bbq. (green oasis* - one of the housemates is a gardener)
