Bedroom's rent options are:
For the short term, (1 week rent is £100), and the Deposit is £200.
For the short term, (3 weeks rent is £570), and the Deposit is £400.
For the long term, (+4 weeks), The Monthly rent is £795, and the Deposit is £900, or we can negotiate it down to £400 if rent is increased by £55p/m.
NOTE: Reducing your deposit amount is meant to only be temporary while allowing you to save up your deposit. The idea is to allow you to get the room without needing the whole deposit. In essence for each £100 reduction in deposit, it is £10 increase in rent.
