The monthly rent is £715, and the Deposit is £820 which can be reduced, details are below.

NOTE: Reducing your deposit amount is meant to be temporary while allowing you to save up your deposit. The idea is to allow you to get the room without needing the whole deposit. In essence for each £100 reduction in deposit, it is a £10 increase in rent.

The Council Tax band is D and the cost is included in the rent. electricity is not included and has been approximately £94 per month. General household cleaning and consumables come to £10 each per month which is arranged between your flat mates.
