Huge bedroom in East London

WHERE: 10 minutes walking from Bromley-By-Bow (District and Hammersmith & City) and 5 minutes walking from Langdon Park (DLR)

WHEN: sublet available for July (available from the 4th) and August, then my contract expires and you can decide to stay there and sign a new contract if you like it!

PRICE: 600 pounds per month including all bills (Wi-Fi, water, electricity, gas, we're students so we don't pay council taxes), benefits not accepted unfortunately, NO DEPOSIT needed

PLACE: it's a nice house developed on two floors. There's my bedroom, a small toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with dining space on the first floor, and two more bedrooms, some storage space and a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and shower on the second floor. There's a stair at the entrance (about 15 steps) and two to get to the second floor (another 10 steps). At the moment we're all away so you'd have the entire place for yourself, but my flatmates might decide to sublet as well at some point!

MY BEDROOM: double bed, armchair (it doesn't look nice – I call it vintage – but it's comfy), wardrobe, desk, chair, loads of shelves everywhere so much storage space, nice little balcony with view over the canal

THE AREA: The area is super quiet and safe (they're all families with kids), but very close to the center and the nightlife. There's a really nice park (Langdon Park) on the main road and a lovely walking path by the canal. There's a Sainsbury's and an off-license very close by, or a massive Tesco which is about 10/15 minutes away walking

At the moment no one's at home to show you the place in person, but my flatmate will be there on July 3rd to collect her stuff so she'll be able to show you around. However, feel free to message me if you have any questions or anything!
