Recommend the room for:
- if you work in Canary Wharf/Liverpool Street and work long hours thus needing a place close to work to minimize commute time we are here to support your career building via provision of this very convenient place. We know that career building need consistent hard work/ input therefore a minimum 1-year rent is desired for this room.

Nearby:
- 5 minutes walk to Poplar DLR
- 10-15 minutes walk to Jubilee and Elizabeth line (Cross Rail)
- 10 minutes walk to public swimming pool/ tennis court (exercise is beneficial and essential for long work hours )
- We are on the ground floor

Landlord's advice:
- Working from home is not suitable for this property. Reason is because the apartment does not has a share living room and you really don't want to be in a room for such a long hours.
- Massive daily cooking not preferred because the kitchen is not built for massive daily cooking.
