I'm ideally looking for one working professional. However, I may consider a short-term let to a couple for £1,100 per month.

This cozy double room comes with a flat screen TV. It's a 4-bed house, exceptionally clean and tidy, the room to let is nicely laid out with multi storage ceiling high wardrobes making it very cozy, fully furnished, currently, there are two males and one female occupants. The house is located about 2 minutes from LANGDON PARK DLR station and about four minutes to ALL SAINTS DLR, remarkably close to CHRISP STREET MARKET where CO- Operative SUPERMARKET, Ice Land and other good outlets are located. There is a Tesco and Gym just two minutes’ walk from the house. The house has a rear porch area where smoking tenants can have a puff or two. The house benefits from a large kitchen equipped with six hubs, a large gas cooker, Washing Machine/ Dryer, Microwave, and Large Fridge Freezer. There are two bathrooms in the house, both with monsoon showers, and one with a bathtub. The room is equipped with a study table and a double bed, TV, Twin Ethernet Cables running in the room for watching TV online or plug in a PlayStation for high-speed games, or work from home with direct connection to the internet router. The Kitchen cabinets are all divided into equal shares, the bathroom also has individual cabinets for all four rooms.

Three types of let are available in this room, take a pick.
1. The rent for this room for a single person is £850.00 per calendar Month including bills + council tax + Ultra-Fast Fiber Plus BT Internet connection. Minimum 3-month contract.
2. Short let is available in this room for 1 to 3 months for £900.00PCM.
3. Short let to a couple is available for £1100. PCM.

As times are tough, please only get in touch if you have the means to pay rent for the period you will sign in for, a tenancy agreement is like any other binding contract, you are tied into it. Also, avoid approaching me if you are a party person and listen to loud music in the house. A shared house means diverse types of people live in it and their rights should always be respected.

Your quality!
Preferably, you have experience of house share. Hold a friendly attitude. You like cleanliness and respect other people’s existence in the house and you have the tendency to accept the new house as your own, therefore, you feel at home.
You have No Criminal Records, you are legally allowed to live here in the UK, you can provide good references. You have never defaulted in rent payments before. I will ask for your previous landlord and current employer to provide reference.

RENT includes:
Water Bills, TV License, High-speed Fiber optics Internet service, Council tax, Gas Bill, Electric Bill, House Maintenance, including communal use FridgeFreezer's Washing Machine/ Dryer, Microwave, Kettle, Cooker.

House Cleaning: Cleaning of communal areas are provided fortnightly. All cleaning materials are in the house tenants are welcome to use them to take part in cleaning on void periods. Furthermore, you must know how to clean after using the shower, cooker, kitchen worktops and other rubbish you may generate so other tenants do not have to deal with your mess.

This house has a separate seating room.
