Hi, I am currently short letting a beautiful en-suit in this 2-bed 2-bath flat. Total area is around 80 m2, we have a a large living room with TV and Netflix, open plan kitchen (with large island) and a large balcony.

Your room is ensuite and I am taking the smaller room and using the main bathroom. 330 per week or 1220 per month. The flat comes beautifully furnished including kitchen appliance, so you will have everything you need and it is move-in ready.

I don’t have special requirements for the new flatmate besides that she doesn’t mind living with cats, and will treat our flat as our home as our current flat is very sweet, clean and calm.

A bit about me, I am a clean, tidy and quiet professional working in finance (if you need investment advice i might be able to help). I respect others’ space and value my private time after work. On the weekend I am an energetic person, i play tennis/golf, I enjoy meeting new people, joining different social events, hanging with friends, however, i am not a big party person.
