We are a couple (Male 32-Female 35) looking to sublet one of the two rooms in the flat. We can discuss more about the specific dates if you're interested. We're also open to Monday - Friday arrangements too.
About the room:
The room is en-suite (shower & toilet), double, furnished, very spacious and has a big mirror wardrobe with lots of storage room. There's also plenty of light coming in the morning as it faces East.
About the flat:
The apartment has two rooms in total and you'll be sharing with an easygoing couple (Male 32, Female, 35).
There's a spacious living room, balcony and a modern kitchen equipped with all essential amenities.
The flat is also located a minute's walk from the DLR station and a bus stop right outside, making it super convenient to travel around.
Rental details:
This is a sublet contract with a monthly rent of £1250, all bills included.
