Currently I am living in the property as the landlord - well with a mortgage. Looking for an extremely easy-going person, ideally a top dedicated student who want to study - no parties, load music, etc. I offer peace and quiet. I expect the same.

As the landlord, the house is kept in a perfect condition.
Room available from late January 2025.
No living room but kitchen with table and garden.
Short Term stays welcome.
