ABOUT ME
I’m a woman in her mid-30s and I own the apartment but rent it out because I moved overseas permanently. With previous tenants, I have managed maintenance privately (rather than via an estate agency) and it would be my preference to continue this way, although I am open to discuss this if you feel strongly. I am based in Northern Europe, so only an hour ahead of the UK and contactable by phone.
ABOUT YOU
The apartment was a home where I was very happy, so I’m looking for tenants who will take good care of it and will enjoy making it their own home. Both couples and individuals have rented the apartment previously, so it would work for either. Ideally you are (a) non-smoker(s), or at least only smoke in outdoor areas.
I have answered no to disabled access because there are steps up to the front door of the apartment block; however, the apartment is on the ground floor and aside from the front door, is otherwise accessible.
VIEWINGS
Viewings will be organised by me but conducted by the outgoing tenants, so please let me know in good time when you would like to see the apartment.
If you’re happy with the rent (£1900 pcm including bills) and the tenancy start date (15th December), I’m looking forward to hearing from you.
