East London home minutes from Canary Wharf

Comfortable home a short DLR ride from both Canary Wharf and Bow with easy access into the city and central London and all major London airports.

I’m looking for a new house mate who’s after a home from home.

I have a loft with own bathroom. The guest bedroom is a double room with wardrobe space and large mirror.. The large bathroom is shared between this room and any house guests that may visit (friends/family). There is a living/dining room and great sized, well equipped kitchen - all for shared use. Plus a small snug with TV for use so plenty of space to relax alone. There is a garden so if you have green fingers - perfect! No smoking in the house but welcome to use the garden if you are a smoker. Otherwise it’s a bit of a work in progress but there are tables and chairs and a bbq for outside seating and dining. There is also a garage if storage required - bikes etc.

Week days are busy with work, week nights are chilled. I like to think I’m very relaxed, looking for an easy going house guest and happy to share the occasional week night meal and glass of wine but equally respect your privacy.
