Large double room with private balcony & en-suite

A double city view apartment with its own private balcony as well as its own large en suite. We are looking for 1 individual to join and take over this room on the 8th floor of an apartment block overlooking the River Lea and Stratford.

I currently live with 2 flatmates (dutch and Egyptian), both kind, clean working professionals. 1 working in sales and the other in finance.
We have a large living room and significant storage space.
We have a shared balcony and you also have your own private balcony, which allows for lots of natural sunlight to enter the room. Dishwasher + dryer, high-speed internet (500MB).

The room comes furnished, with a double bedroom, wardrobe, and 2 smaller bedside draws.
You will take my place in the contract.

Deposit £1,040
Monthly rent of £1,200 (non-negotiable as you will take my place in the contract)
