Single bedroom available in Poplar (E14)

Hello. I am looking for someone to replace me in this room as my contract ends in October (but if needed the agency will extend it for you) and I need to move back home ASAP. The room will be available from the 8th of April but I’ll be willing to compromise for an earlier time.

The house is located in Poplar which is a 5 minute tube ride from Canary Wharf. The nearest tube station is a 2 minute walk away from the house (All Saints). There’s an Iceland, Tesco, Spar and loads of other shops nearby and water bills are included (you’d have to split the gas and electricity bills with your other roommates). Fully available kitchen and spacious bathroom are included, and there are lots of spaces in front of the house to park your car. Anyone’s welcome. If you’re a student that goes to the University of East London, New City College or a campus near or in Whitechapel/ Tower Gateway then this room is definitely for you.
