Double room available in Poplar starting from 6th May - looking for someone to fill the room asap - NO DEPOSIT! ✨

Rent is £750 per month, excluding bills which usually come to around £100 monthly.

The room is furnished with a bed, side table, chest, mirror and wardrobe. (but the desk will be going)

The tenancy runs until mid-August. You'll be sharing the space with two 23-year-old women—one works in fashion full-time, while the other is a master's student and part-time worker. Looking for a female between 20-30 to take the room.

Flat is a couple of minutes' walk from the local gym, Iceland, and the closest stations are All Saints and Poplar DLR.

Please note, to pass referencing you have to be employed full-time with an income of over £22,000 per year, and able to swing by the office in Mile End for passport verification.
