Ensuite room in Poplar

Our flatmate is moving out so we d like to find someone to replace her. Room is spacious with an ensuite bathroom. There is plenty of storage.

We have all lived here for the past couple of years and are friends from uni. We are quite tidy and like to maintain the common space clutter free. We are usually pretty busy but we like to have occasional flat gatherings where we cook something or play board games or just go out for a pint or occasional comedy show. We both work in software engineering but we promise not to bore you with computer stuff! :))

There is a balcony as well and the building has concierge. EPC rating B. Building is located just next to Langdon Park DLR station. Bills add up to around £120 per person per month.
