Looking for a new friendly flatmate to replace me in our sociable house share.

The room is a furnished double room with and en-suite shower room. It’s a really nice and spacious room with room with nice view looking towards Stratford and surrounding areas.

The flat itself is 3 bedrooms and you will be sharing with two lovely ladies in their late 20s. There is a large kitchen/ living room area and a balcony, perfect for those summer evenings.

East India DLR station is just under a 15 minute walk away and so is Langdon Park Station with great links to Canary Wharf, Stratford and Central London. Canning Town station is also a 17 minute walk away providing access to the Jubilee line and various local bus routes.

Room is available now. The rent is £870 pcm and bills are roughly £100-£150 pcm. Heating and hot water are paid quarterly average around £150 per person, per quarter (though the winter months can be a little higher).

**Please note the rent will increase to £900 from 26th August**

Secure underground parking is also available for an additional cost.
