I'm leaving London on 27 July and I'm looking for someone to take my place until the end of the contract on 2 September.
The flat is located 2 minutes from Poplar DLR station and 7-8 minutes walk from Canary Wharf station of the Elizabeth Line, ideal for commuting to central London or Canary Wharf. Several local shops are located on the ground floor of the building and it is a short walk to Chrisp Street Market and Canary Wharf.
The flat has a total of 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom. Electric appliances and a dining table are included.
The bedroom has a double bed, a hanging wardrobe, a bedside table and a small table. I have a few belongings that I may be able to donate if needed.
One bedroom (the one in the photos) is available from 28 July on a sublet basis or via a full replacement. It is possible to renew the room on 2 September as long as 2 other roommates can be found for the other two rooms available from 2 September.
Let me know if you're interested in these other rooms so that I can put you in touch with my flatmate, who's in charge of finding people for these rooms.
Please note that a complete replacement and/or a renewal will require some formalities with the agency like a deposit and a credit check.
Rent is 750£ + gaz + electricity + council tax.
