It’s very spacious and has access to a balcony and communal garden.
It comes with a double-bed mattress, small table, bedside table, clothes rail rack.
Bills are split equally between the two tenants (the current flatmate is a 31 year old female professional):
- Council tax: £149 (Tower Hamlets)
- Internet £36
- Gas £20 (gas bill is higher during winter)
- Electricity £40
- Water (is paid by the landlord and included in the rent)
