I am planning to leave my current room on 5th December and I am looking for someone to replace me in the contract which runs until 5th March 2025 (then the tenancy can be renewed).

About the property:
It’s a two bedroom ground floor flat located in Poplar High Street.
5min walking distance from 3 DLR stations: Blackwall, Poplar, All Saints. It’s also walking distance from Westferry and Canary Wharf.
Bus stops are also nearby (two minutes walk).

About the bedroom:
It’s very spacious and has access to a balcony and communal garden.
It comes with a double-bed mattress, small table, bedside table, clothes rail rack.
Bills are split equally between the two tenants (the current flatmate is a 31 year old female professional):
- Council tax: £149 (Tower Hamlets)
- Internet £36
- Gas £20 (gas bill is higher during winter)
- Electricity £40
- Water (is paid by the landlord and included in the rent)

Things to note:
