My name is Jack, I’m a 24 year old PR Account Executive whose looking for another young professional to take over the other half of a tenancy in a flat in Poplar. The property is located close to a park, gym/swimming pool and Poplar high-street, and a minute away from Poplar DLR station, and 5 mins away from Canary Wharf (with the Elizabeth and Jubilee lines providing quick and easy access to everywhere in central London).
Amenities:
— Double bed
— Bath/shower
— Washing machine / drying rack
— New oven
— One humIsidore per room
— Wardrobe
— Bookcases (one each per tenant)
— TV (currently can only broadcast BBC IPlayer and mirror from laptops)
Due to the insulation / windows, the place retains heat well in winter and is nicely ventilated in summer.
The rent amount of £875 is the current monthly rate. It is probable the landlord will increase this slightly (but I am still waiting for confirmation. Bills (WiFi, energy & gas, water, and council tax) come to £167.99 a month but again these are liable to go up.
