Come and live with me and my small, snoozy rescue dog Pipo in the Balfron Tower, if you appreciate architecture and views over London and the Thames, you will love it here!

The whole building has been completely refurbished and we are the first to live in the apartment so everything is brand new and fabulous. The bedroom comes furnished (flexible here) and all of the appliances are brand new.

There are a whole host of shared amenities in the block: 2 co working spaces, 1 library, a gym with 3 Peloton Bikes and weights, 1 yoga studio, an expansive rooftop garden, a communal kitchen and dining space which can be hired and a cinema which can also be hired out. The communal spaces are truly stunning!

We have 24hr Concierge + security who are all super lovely and helpful.

The apartment has under-floor heating and thermostats in each room. All the appliances are brand new and work beautifully.

It is in council tax band E and will be 43,25 each per month.

The heating is paid upfront using an app.

I'm very easy going, respect my housemates space but am also open to spontaneous hangs or local adventures and I love sharing a smoothie or dinner here and there.
