TENANT PROFILE:

We’re looking for friendly, clean and reliable working professional between the ages of 25 and 40. They will ideally work daytime hours and not be active at night, to avoid disturbing the other housemates.

As there are two cats in the house, we're looking for people who love cats. If you dislike or merely tolerate cats, this room will not be right for you.

The room cannot be made available to couples - only to individuals.
