We have a top floor bedroom in our 4-bed house. Located in Bromley-by-Bow, the room is available from 2nd December 2024.
The room comes furnished with a double bed (lots of underbed storage), mirror on the wall and a small bedside table(not pictured in ad) - a small chest of drawers can also be moved in if required (not pictured in the ad).
My lovely housemates are all young professionals working in central and who enjoy occasionally socialising as a house. The house is ideal for someone who values a chilled and relaxed living environment and who likes the occasional board game or pub night. LGBTQ+ friendly 🏳️🌈
About the house:
The house has a large garden, a homey living room, open kitchen and downstairs storage. There is shared use of the fridge and washing machine, and each person has their own cupboard. There is also a bike rack by the front door if required.
About the room:
The room is located on the top floor, it has high ceilings and big windows which let a lot of light in - it faces toward the back garden.

The house is in a quiet residential housing estate with a corner shop nearby, and a short walk to a Nisa/Sainsburys/Lidl/Tesco Superstore. We're located near Limehouse Cut canal which holds some beautiful views. The house is a 10-minute walk to Bromley-by-Bow station on the Hammersmith & City and District Line, and a 6-minute walk to Langdon Park DLR for quick journeys to Canary Wharf and Stratford.
Accessibility:
The home is not wheelchair accessible as the room is on the first floor of a three-story home and there is a step at the front door. The bathroom is also on the top floor. There is no lift, intercoms or adaptations. :(
