Double room in spacious East London houseshare

Hey there!
We have a bright double room in our lovely East London houseshare in Zone 2, 10 mins walk from Westferry DLR Station and 15 mins walk from the Elisabeth and Jubilee Line in Canary Wharf. Available from 2nd ofJuly, no agent, private landlord. Bills are not included but sum up to roughly £160pm (including water, cleaner once a month, broadband, ...)

The house is really spacious with an open-plan living room, large kitchen, dining area, breakfast bar, two bathrooms with showers, garden with BBQ and parking spot.

The room itself has loads of natural light, fully furnished inc. double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, chair etc. with the window looking out to our garden.
Around the area, supermarkets are 10 mins walk and we live right on the edge of a park and an easy cycle ride to Victoria Park. There are also nice pubs, cafes, gyms and a cinema nearby. The Poplar Union is next door in the park, it has some great baked goods coffee and hosts social events!

We're a really easy going, friendly and sociable house: Seb, who is a project coordinator for an energy business and is Polish/English, Charley who works in and is English and Elias who is British/German and is an analyst in the civil service.

As a house, we enjoy hanging out together from time to time, love a good meal and movie night in, as well as doing our own things and are respectful of each other's space.

We all have hybrid working style and spend a few days a week wfh in our co-working space set-up, which has space for 2 hot desks or in our rooms.

Ideally, we're looking for a young professional, considerate, friendly and easy-going person. Someone who'd like to share a home and a nice environment. Ideally, we would prefer a woman to keep a good balance in the house.
