Double room, 5 mins from Canary Wharf

Hello, my name is Gus and I’m renting out the spare room in my two bedroom apartment.

The flat is fully furnished, including with cutlery and crockery, has underfloor heating, underground bike racks for cyclists and two bathrooms. The tenant would have full use of one of the bathrooms in addition to their bedroom, however, please note that this is the bathroom visitors use on the odd occasion they are here.

The flat is very conveniently located next to a DLR station (though you never hear it), giving access to Canary Wharf in 5 mins, Stratford in 10 mins, Bank in 20 mins and Bond Street in 24 mins. There are two gyms within 5 minutes walk from the flat, a GP practice and pharmacy across the road and a few corner shops. We also have a park next to the building, and are a short walk from the canals for nice runs and walks.

Lastly a bit about me - I’m 35, work in the City and fairly outgoing personally. I have a partner who typically comes round to sleep over every other week, and I go to theirs in the alternating weeks. I’m hoping for someone laid back and easy to be around.
