Modern ensuite | Right next to DLR

I'm moving out with my girlfriend and therefore freeing up my room, you'd be living with my current flatmate Bonolo (finance professional in his mid 20s).

== FLAT

The room for rent is fairly large, fits my large standing desk (not included), has a wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom in the hallway (both tenants have their own bathroom).

The living room/kitchen is facing East, so if you're waking up to a sunny day, the whole kitchen is lit up, really nice scenery for a morning coffee from the balcony. We have a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer.

The building included a common space on the 22nd floor (can be rented out for parties!) which is also good for co-working during the day (good internet), a community gym, 24h/7 concierge and also a small room for co-working on the ground floor.

The price does not include the bills, which I estimate to be on average 100-200£ a month throughout the tenancy, but that varies depending on the season, that included council tax (band D). We have 500 mbp/s internet, so great for WFH.

=== LOCATION

The flat isn't close to a tube station, it's literally bordering a tube station (Langdon Park, 30 sec walk), 20 minutes to Bank, 8 minutes to Stratford, another 6-7 minutes tube to Canary Wharf with all its restaurants and shops.

There's a Lidl with around 15 minutes walk and Tesco with around 5 mins. Next to the Tesco, there's a decent coffee shop which I work from sometimes, and a gym if the one in the building isn't enough.

There's also a very decent calisthenics park (Steel Warriors), 1 minute from the flat, they do some free classes too.

=== VIBES

We're looking for a clean young professional that has no problems with weekly cleaning rota, isn't playing loud techno until 1AM or leaving their shit all over the flat 😂
