We are Jonathan, 49, keping the house great and David, 31, a Shift manager, Dylan, 26, Front of house theatre assistant and Gughan, 25, IT Consultant. We are all pretty busy, but we also enjoy talking about life and what is happening around the area.

Our home has a toilet separate from the bathroom, which is very useful, a cleaning roster in place for weeks when the cleaner is not visiting, a dishwasher to add to the comfort of life and a cleaner twice a month.

The monthly rent is £760, and the Deposit is £870, which can be reduced; details are below.

NOTE: Reducing your deposit amount is meant to be temporary while allowing you to save up for your deposit. The idea is to allow you to get the room without needing the whole deposit. In essence, for each £100 reduction in deposit, there is a £10 increase in rent.

The Council Tax band is D and the cost is included in the rent. Electricity and Gas are not included and is approximately £30 per month. We have a cleaner to clean twice a month, which costs £25 a month. We also contribute to general household cleaning and consumables of £15 each per month.
