Double bedroom available in canal-side, three bedroom apartment in E14. Apartment is owner-occupied and you would also be sharing it with a very affectionate mini labradoodle.

The bedroom comes with a double bed, large wardrobe and a bedside table. The apartment has two bathrooms so the main bathroom will be mostly for your sole use - other than when there are visitors. There is a large, shared living-dining-kitchen area with a balcony overlooking Limehouse Cut and Bartlett Park, offering views of Canary Wharf in the distance. The third bedroom is used as a home office.

The apartment is conveniently located just off Thomas Road / Bow Common Lane, a stone's throw from the canal and the lovely Poplar Union cafe and bakery. In terms of transport links the following are within walking distance:

- Devons Road / Langdon Park: 13 minutes
- Westferry: 15 minutes
- Mile End (Central Line, Hammersmith & City, District): 20 minutes
- Canary Wharf (Elizabeth Line): 20 minutes

There is no shortage of lime bikes and similar in the area, as well as a few Santander bike docks located nearby.

About me: I'm a HR Tech professional, obsessed with my pup. I love travelling and reading, enjoy TV and movies, and spending time with my friends. I am looking for a fellow working professional or postgradudate student. I work from home a lot so I am looking for someone who will be respectful of noise/space during the day.

I’m ideally looking for someone looking for a shorter term contract e. g. 1-6 months, but am also open to considering Monday-Friday lets or similar.
