Room in house share, Poplar, London

Hello! We are looking for a friendly 4th female housemate to join 3 other women in our bright and airy victorian terraced house in Poplar, East London. We are all working professionals working in the arts and media/journalism sectors. We are in our late 20’s & early 30’s so we are looking for someone in that age range preferably. We are looking for someone who is tidy and considerate.

The room is available immediately and the rent is £875 and is inclusive of all bills: water, gas, electric, wifi & council tax. A deposit of £475 is required to secure your place. There are no agency fees as we have a private landlord. We renew the contract every 12 months.

The room is very spacious with tall ceilings, bright and clean with 2 large double windows. The room will be unfurnished. We have a garden with a patio area leading out from the kitchen. Unfortunately we can’t accept couples or pets, sorry!

Our house is situated 4 minutes walk from Poplar DLR station and is very conveniently located with direct access to central London, East & South London. Bank station is only 10 minutes away on the DLR. Canary Wharf is a 10 minute walk away and the Elizabeth line is an 8 minute walk away. There is a bus stop situated 2 minutes away which has several bus routes which go into central London.
