• Balcony – great for fresh air or morning coffee, with a view of Canary Wharf
• Great transport links nearby (DLR, central line, Elizabeth line, jubilee line) and local shops within walking distance - tesco and lidl just 5 mins walk

About me:
I’m a data analyst in my 20s, sociable but also value downtime. I keep the flat clean and like a calm home environment. I like jogging, playing badminton, joining dance classes in my free time. I lived in Edinburgh for 5 years, moved to London and have been staying at this flat for the past 2 years. I really like the flat as it’s in a good location and has most things I need around the area. Looking for someone I can chat with, or hang out with from time to time.

About you:
Ideally looking for someone who is:
• Clean and considerate in shared spaces
• Friendly, respectful, and easygoing
• Not a party animal (the flat isn’t really suited for late-night noise), but happy to have occasional guests
