Hey everyone, our housemate Hannah is moving out so we are looking for a replacement!
It will be available from the 10th of October. We have a rolling contract with the landlord but are ideally looking for people to stay at least 12 months.
The room available is a furnished double bedroom in a 3 bed flat with a generous living room and balcony that gets the afternoon sun. You would be living with Max (29) and Grace (30), both fairly busy during the week but around on weekends for a hike or pub trip.
The rent is £683 per month excluding bills, which come to around £110.
The flat is located in Poplar with good links on the DLR, jubilee line, Elizabeth line and buses.
