Hey everyone, our housemate Grace is moving out so we are looking for a replacement!
It will be available from the 9th of November. Looking for someone to stay until at least August, but the contract is rolling not fixed.
The room can come unfurnished, or the furniture in the room can be purchased from Grace. It is a double bedroom in a 3 bed flat with a generous living room and balcony that gets the afternoon sun.
You would be living with Max (29) and Freya (30), both fairly busy during the week but around on the weekends for a hike or pub trip.
The rent is £683 per month excluding bills, which come to around £110.
The flat is located in Poplar with good transport links on the DLR, Jubilee line, Elizabeth line and buses.
Hoping to do some viewings next week, give me a message if you are interested!
