We are 2 girls looking for another girl to sign a lease on this gorgeous flat located in Poplar! You can take either the master ensuite or the second biggest room of the flat, the rent is £1150 and £1060 respectively, with bills coming to about £100-130pm.
The flat is a 3 bed 2 bath on the 7th floor of a modern building, there is a huge balcony that overlooks a big grassy field and the Canary Wharf skyline right behind! Your room will have a huge window with the same view! I absolutely fell in love with the view when I went to view the flat!

To pass referencing you will have to either earn more than £33k per year, or if you’re a student you will need to have a UK guarantor that earns 3x the annual rent (£113k).
We are looking to sign the lease asap to move in asap, so please only message if you are serious and need to move asap as well!
