0-5 minutes walk away
Description
Small double bedroom located in Poplar (Limehouse Cut), 5 minutes walking distance to Westferry DLR station and 15 minutes to Canary Wharf (Elizabeth / Jubilee line). Other bus stops are very close by, a local shop downstairs, and a big Lidl 5 minutes away as well. There's also a 24 hours concierge so you won't miss any deliveries and a secure bike park under the building.
The flat is a three bedroom, large living room, one bathroom, one toilet, a storage and a laundry room. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine and large fridge freezer and a lot of equipment, pots, plates, mugs, utensils to be shared.
The living room has 2 big sofas, a large coffee table, a have a nice big TV, a 5.1 surround sound system, a PS5 and quite a few plants. Another big feature of the flat is music, there's a decently large vinyl collection which you are more than welcome to use as long as care is taken.
I'm living London for a while, so I'm looking for a replaceme for short term (minimum one month) or long term rent. Ideally a trial based stay for 1-3 months and then if you get everything works well, take it from there and extend. 1 month notice needed in case you decide to move out.
The available room (last 2 pictures) is small, but enough space for one person, fully furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a night stand.
No deposit required, rent is £700 per month with all bills included, just pay the rent in advance at the beginning of the month and you're all set.
You'll be living with 2 other guys, Cam, 35, who is a very sociable person and likes to have a good time and a laugh, his being particularly loud. Some of his interests are music, photography, cooking, boardgames and he works in the film industry.
The other flatmate is Matthew, 30, he is from Australia, working in a restaurant and as a somelier. He likes watching films, listening to music, drinking coffee and having a chat.
We have two other guests living in the house apart from the humans: an oversized albino Loach (fish) named Ken - he may have eaten the other fishes… There is also a little reptilian friend named Mr Ecko Sama, he is a sweet little Leopard Gecko living in his terrarium.
Because of the current set-up, a male is preferred, but anyone can apply if interested.
Drop me a message with any questions, we're looking for someone who's a good match and can fill the room quickly. I am flexible with times to host viewings and answer all your queries.
