Term: From 27th Jan - 22 April 2026 (flexible on sublet length)

Perfect if you’re looking for a short-term or urgent stay in central East London.
The flat is fully furnished & newly refurbished. You will be sharing with my friend, a friendly and tidy female working professional in marketing.
Super convenient area:
*7-10 minutes walk to Elizabeth line/Jubilee line via Canary Wharf,
*4 minutes walk to Poplar DLR
and you also benefit from the restaurants, shops, groceries (Waitrose, Tesco, M&S) in Canary Wharf

- Newly refurbished (see pics). Everything is new – bed, kitchen, bathroom & living room) Bathroom and kitchen are refurbished to a high standard, we really like it.

Landlord & extension:
If you end up loving the flat and location, there’s an option to extend the tenancy. The landlord is friendly, reasonable, and very responsive — we usually communicate with him directly, which makes things much easier.
