I am leaving my house share at the end of Feb and need someone to replace!
You will be sharing with 2 housemates, both girls who work full time. One in law & one in project management. They’re looking to share this space with a full time professional, someone who is clean, respectful and easy to live with. The house is normally quiet during the week and we respect each others space!
Move in date: from 27th Feb
Location: Langdon Park DLR, transport links 15 mins to Canary Wharf, 15 mins to Stratford, walking distance from local shops, cafes and canal
Amenities: residents gym, coworking space, rooftop terrace, communal gardens, parking (at extra cost), 24/7 concierge
Upfront payments: 5 weeks deposit and 1 month upfront rent , £50 replacement tenant fee
Fully furnished
Minimum income: 26k
Bills: max 150pm usually during winter. Summer 120pm
Council tax band D
Only serious committers only as we do need to act quickly!! New housemate will need to go through referencing criteria.
Also note, the contract renewal will come up on 4th April, currently my portion of rent is 840 but it usually hasn’t gone up by much the last 3 years :)
