Small double available in queer household

Hello :) we have a small double, furnished room available in our queer/trans 3 bedroom maisonette to move into in February. The house is in E14 - 4mins walk to Westferry DLR, 10-15mins walk to Canary Wharf station. You would be signing a tenancy agreement, with the lease renewing May 5th. The landlord has confirmed they will not be increasing the rent.

🌀THE HOUSE :
Three bedroom, two-floor maisonette. We have a kitchen with big fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all the usual stuff, well equipped. A large open living room with big sofa, dining table and TV. A garden and an extra downstairs toilet. Upstairs is the three bedrooms plus bathroom with a good shower and a bath.

The room available is a small furnished double. It has a bed, hanging unit, draws, desk, chair and shelves. There is also a cupboard on the landing that is yours plus some free book shelves in the living room you can utilise.

🌀ABOUT YOU :
We would like to live with someone queer, clean and sociable, who cares about helping us taking care of a home where we can relax, connect and be creative + politically engaged. An interest in helping in the garden would be a plus 🌱. Ideally you are not a regular substance user and don't smoke indoors, and you would enjoy living with a cat.

Hi I’m Louie (they/them), 41 trans and non-manogamous. Currently single. I work as a bodyworker. In my free time I see friends, go dancing, go to protests, get out in nature. I enjoy time at home relaxing - reading, cooking, making jewellery or whatever my latest hobby is, watching a movie, hanging with my cat.

hey, I'm lex (he/they), 25 - I strive to be kind, silly, communicative and thoughtful. I am excitable and love to learn new things! I currently work in lighting in theatre and often work evenings. I enjoy crafts, video games and music. I love the sun and looking after plants, and making the garden a nice place to chill in. I'm transmasc, queer and poly.

Caspy - 3 year old ginger cat. Enjoys chasing flys in the garden, curling up in laps and the occasional spell of zoomies.

🌀ACCESS INFO
The house is two floors with 14 steps upto the first floor where the bedrooms and main bathroom is. There is a doorbell with no intercom. All ground floor rooms are on one level, with one step down to the garden at the back.
