Description
Due to personal reasons, I’m sadly leaving my lovely little home and looking to sublet a bright and cozy studio.

- DLR right outside the building, 3 mins walk to All Saints, 6 mins to Poplar
- Walking distance to Canary Wharf, great for anyone working in finance, can save a lot on commuting
- About 11 mins walk to Elizabeth Line (one of the cleanest tube lines in London), 15 mins to Bank and Stratford

- Several bus stops right outside, direct buses to Greenwich, IKEA and Aldgate, saving lots of travel costs

- Also close to a large Waitrose, perfect for grabbing nice food anytime
- About 10 mins to Canary Wharf, with lots of restaurants and supermarket.
- 10 mins by DLR to Stratford, and easy access to Westfield, the biggest shopping mall in London, perfect for weekend shopping
- Right outside the window is a beautiful park with fresh air🌳
- There is also a very popular and affordable tennis court nearby
- Only 2 mins walk to a gym, including badminton courts and free swimming sessions for women. Great place if you love working out!

- Self-contained studio, you’ll have your own private bathroom, shower, kitchen and fridge, no sharing with anyone
- Very good natural light, two large windows facing the park, quiet and fresh air
- Neighbors are mostly families, the road has traffic restrictions so it’s not noisy and no traffic issues.
- Furniture and appliances are all quite new and from good brands (anyone who has lived in London knows how easily old appliances break…)
📅 Move-in Date & Contract
- Move-in between late February and late March, flexible. If you’d like to move in mid-February, that can also be discussed
- My contract ends at the end of July, so you’ll need to cover the full rental period. After that, you can discuss renewal directly with the landlord.
💰 Rent
- £1550 per month, All bills included, Council tax included. No hidden fees.

- Must have legal right to stay in the UK(e. g. student visa, PSW, work visa)
- Clean, respectful and able to take good care of the property and facilities
