Double bedroom with own bathroom in East London

Hi all!

I’m currently looking for a new flatmate to live with myself and my two little cats, Mouse and Sprout! I’m 29 years old and work full-time in executive search, looking to live with someone who wants a friendly, laidback and tidy place that feels like a home rather than just a flat share.

The flat
⁃ Lovely spacious and bright open-plan living area which I have furnished myself
⁃ Two outdoor spaces, one balcony off of the living room and one large terrace
⁃ You would have a spacious double room - currently in the photos made up as a study but will include bed & bedside tables
⁃ You will have primary use of the main bathroom to yourself as I have an en suite
⁃ Feels super secure and safe; I have been living here on my own for a few months and never had any worries

The area
⁃ Literally 1 minute from Langdon Park DLR station, 5 mins on the DLR or 15 mins walking from Canary Wharf
⁃ Elizabeth Line and Jubilee Line from Canary Wharf, c. 15 mins into central from there
⁃ Small Tescos 5 mins walk away, lots of local convenience stores within minutes and everything you could imagine at Canary Wharf including a big Tesco, M&S and Waitrose
⁃ A couple of cute coffee shop options & similar within easy walking distance
⁃ Lovely community of friendly & supportive neighbours who meet for drinks every now and again

Me (& the girls!)
⁃ I have a fairly busy life and enjoy being out socialising as much as a cozy day in reading and chilling (bonus for book people: access to my unnecessarily large book collection)
⁃ Always up for a yap at the end of the day, a walk to grab coffee or a trash TV binge
⁃ I’m quite neat and tidy and looking for someone who also likes to unwind in a cozy space at the end of the day
⁃ My cats are Mouse and Sprout, a super friendly and sweet pair of 6-year-old Ragdolls! Cat people encouraged ✨

Logistics
⁃ Lease starts from June 8th but could be flexible on a move in date before this
⁃ Landlord will require proof of income/employment
⁃ Rent £1050 deposit £1050
⁃ Bills c. £150 monthly
