Cosy Room with Private Bathroom in a 2 Bed Flat

Hello!

I’m looking for a friendly and respectful flatmate to share a modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom flat. The room will be available from 1st May.

The available room is a good size and has its own private bathroom (not an ensuite). The room has its own storage area just outside the room, which can be seen in the attached pictures. The rent is £1000 per month, and bills (water, electricity, gas, and WiFi) are paid separately and will be shared between us. The room will be furnished, and more pictures will be added shortly! The kitchen and the living room will be shared between both of us, and have ample space. There is a lovely outdoor balcony overlooking the park.

I would prefer a halal-friendly flatmate. This means no smoking or drinking in the flat. Ideally, you would either follow a halal diet or be vegetarian/vegan and comfortable with halal meat being prepared at home. The landlord is very friendly and helpful, which makes things easy.

A bit about me: I’m a 29-year-old engineer working in the energy sector. I’m easygoing and enjoy reading, running, sports, travelling, and good food. I usually go into the office twice a week and work from home on the other days. I highly value maintaining a clean, tidy space and important for me to keep the flat a calm and comfortable place. I enjoy socialising but also value and respect having individual space and time.
