En-Suite Room Available for Short or Long-Term Let

Hi! I’m Luca, I’m currently looking for someone to move into my current flatmate’s room after she leaves the property on the 25th of May. Here’s some details about the room/property:

- Rent: £1,300 per month
- En-Suite (shower, not bath tub)
- 12th floor, with a balcony and great view of the Stratford skyline (from both the room and balcony)
- 22nd floor gym + lounge access included in rent (with a view of the Canary Wharf skyline)
- Underground parking space
- Concierge + parcel room on the ground floor
- Large kitchen/living room
- Located right next to the Langdon Park DLR station, ~6 mins away from Canary Wharf and ~8 mins away fron Stratford
- Prefer either 1 month or minimum 6-month durations but open to anything that is minimum 1 month

A few things about myself:

- I’m 24 years old
- Love going out but also like a nice night in
- Interests/pastimes include chess, card games, football, learning languages, cinema, and going to the pub
- Don’t mind late night noise
