The room is one of three double bedrooms within the property. We've decided to split the rent based on room size, so the pricing reflects the space available in each room.

You'll be living with two young professional software engineers, Shijo and Jay.

We met through salsa dancing and became friends because we're both sociable, outgoing people who enjoy building community and making a house feel like a home.

We're looking for someone who would like to be part of a friendly household. Ideally we'd love to find someone who is up for a cheeky flat dinner, board game night, movie night, or joining us when friends come round for food and drinks.

That said, we're both busy professionals and completely respect personal space, boundaries, and downtime. Nobody is expected to socialise all the time - we simply want to create a relaxed environment where people enjoy living together.
