Both rooms to rent in sizeable modern 2 bed

I have two rooms to rent out all bills included in a modern two bedroom flat in poplar.

It is light and airy, fully furnished with separate dining and living room as well as two balconies and large storage room.

Ideally I am looking for two people who know each other but individuals will be considered, students or professionals. An interest in plants would be a benefit as I am intending to leave some of the more integral to the vibe ones.

I am the owner and am moving to Europe for two years minimum, I leave on the 15th September so exchange must be before then, but everything else can be negotiated and discussed
