Double Room Available – East London

I currently have a spacious double room available as my previous flatmate has moved out. The flat is a modern new-build and has been very well looked after.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, so you will only be sharing with me. You’ll have access to the kitchen, bathroom and washroom. The flat is clean, tidy and well maintained — I’m quite particular about cleanliness!

I’m friendly, easy-going and respectful of other people’s privacy and personal space. I work in an office five days a week, so I’m usually out during the day and back home in the evening. At weekends, I’m also often out, so the flat is generally quiet.

The location is excellent, with the DLR just a 4-minute walk away, providing easy connections to Canary Wharf, Stratford and the City. There are also bus stops just a minute away, along with local shops, a supermarket and a gym all within walking distance.

I’m looking for someone who is clean, tidy, respectful and considerate, and who understands the importance of boundaries and privacy.

The room is available immediately and can be offered furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference. Please note that the photos were taken while my previous flatmate was still living there, so the room will be completely emptied and prepared before you move in.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who can move in ASAP.
