Canary Wharf zone 2 let

HI, my name is Mina and I live in wonderful modern 4 bedroom house in East London, Poplar, with 2 more professionals.
Poplar is on doorstep to Canary Wharf, 5min away, 20min from Shoreditch and Liverpool Street, 15min to Bank and St Paul's, 30 min to Kings Cross. Nearest stops are only 3-4min from our house. We have local Tesco and open market with Co-Op shop, Boots, Savers, local butchers shop, library, sport centres, beauty salons and lots of takeaways nearby.
House has 2 floors, big kitchen and nice garden.
I am letting double bedroom on the 1st floor and it is available from 20th of February.
Room has comfortable double bed, double wardrobe and set of drawers.

We are looking for nice quet person who is student or professional and respect others privacy and keep living space clean.
As I spend most of time in dining area because I am working from home, I would like new person to not spend so much time there, only for cooking. We have Cooker, microvawe, kettle, blender and other basic appliencies in the kitchen. But you are welcome to bring yours.
Guest is permitted 3 night max a month in respect to other housemates. Rent includes all expenses, apart from cleaner. Right now we clean house in rotas, but when lockdown is finished, our cleaner will come back and we'll pay her £20 each per month. We also buy together toilet paper, soap, washing liquid, bin bags etc. Previous housemates were mostly people working in Canary Wharf because of distance (5min on the DLR train)

We have nice sunny garden, easy access to all tourist sights in city, and very friendly neighbours.
